Quail West Neighborhoods

Quail West Naples FL differs from other communities in the Naples area in that it’s not broken up into a variety of neighborhoods that have different architectural styles. Quail West essentially delivers one continuous neighborhood of 576 large estate-sized homes on lots of 0.5 to 1.0 acres with two areas of 84 single-family villas on lot sizes that are a bit smaller (0.25 to 0.40 acres) in the NW and NE corners of the community on La Caille Drive and Blaisdell Drive. Quail West is made up entirely of single-family homes with no condominiums in the community.
