Fiddler’s Creek Membership Fees

Community: It’s essential to note that there is a mandatory Fiddler’s Creek Foundation membership required for all homeowners, which includes an $18,000 Capital Acquisition Assessment due upon purchase of a property within Fiddler’s Creek. That $18,000 is refundable upon the sale of the property. 2024 quarterly dues are $805 per quarter, approximately $3,220 per year.

Golf Club: See details on the Golf Club below. Memberships to the Golf Club at Fiddlers Creek are currently available but please call Matt to confirm. 2024 initiation fees are in the range of $350,000 to $400,000 and are fully refundable upon club exit (conditions might apply). Annual dues are approximately $16,000 to $19,000.

Marina and Beach Club: Adding to the charm of Fiddler’s Creek is the exclusive option to join The Tarpon Club, located at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. This membership opens doors to private beach access on the pristine shores of Marco Island, accompanied by attentive service and a range of complimentary amenities. In essence, Fiddler’s Creek Country Club offers a harmonious blend of golfing excellence, diverse recreational options, and exclusive club privileges, creating a lifestyle that personifies luxury and community.

BLUE AND INVITATIONAL MEMBERSHIP: 2024 DUES: $3,800* Includes Full Tarpon Club Membership Privileges. Blue Memberships are available to Fiddler’s Creek new home buyers. A refundable initiation deposit of $15,000 is required upon submission of a completed Membership Agreement. Current Membership Dues are $3,800* plus applicable sales tax (annually).
