SHADOW WOOD COUNTRY CLUB:
Full Golf Membership*: As the sole community in The Brooks providing equity golf memberships, Shadow Wood sets itself apart. Prospective members encounter a $150,000 initiation fee, with an annual supplement of ~$19,571 in annual fees. This exclusive Shadow Wood golf membership offers residents unlimited access to the 3 championship courses plus unlimited access to all the other club amenities.

Golf-in-Waiting: The initiation fee is $127,500 with annual fees of ~$16,636. This membership category includes access to all the club amenities plus full golf privileges from May through October and 1-day advance bookings from November through April as well as participation in all Club Member tournaments including Legacy Invitationals.
Inactive Golf-in-Waiting: When the Golf-in-Waiting membership category is at capacity, interested applicants can join the Inactive Golf-in-Waiting to join the queue until a Golf-in-Waiting spot becomes available. A $10,000 deposit locks in the current full golf membership but there are no golf privileges while on the Inactive Golf-in-Waiting list.
Lifestyle Membership: Lifestyle membership is only available via home sale transfer and requires an initial fee of $60,000 plus annual fees of ~$7,687. Lifestyle members enjoy unlimited access to all amenities with some golf privileges including 6 rounds of golf with payment of guest fees from November through April and unlimited golf from May through October at the lifestyle rate and use of golf practice facilities after 3 PM.
