The real estate market in Naples and Bonita Springs continued its
unprecedented surge of activity with single family sales up 24% year-over-year
and condominium sales up 11% year-over-year.  The luxury sector of the
market (>$1M located West of 41) was even hotter as single family home sales
saw an increase of 36% and condominium sales were up 43% year-over-year.

Overall, as of Nov 30th, there were a total of 14,126 closings in the last 12
months vs 11,959 closings over the prior 12 month period.  Those numbers
demonstrate that there has been an incredible amount of sales activity in the
second half of 2020 to make up for the dramatic showdown in the market during
March and April.
